Organized through the cooperation between İyilik için Sanat Derneği (Arts for Charity Association) and Turkey`s reliable real property brand Ege Yapı which appreciates arts, Atölye Cer hosts the works by young and talented artists.
Developed by Ege Yapı under the assurance of Emlak Konut (Turkish real estate developer, belonging to TOKI the Housing Development Administration of Turkey, an arm of the Turkish state) and located next to Yedikule Fortress in Historical Peninsula of İstanbul, Cer İstanbul project accommodates a venue to host distinguished artists allowing them to create artworks and, thereby, provides many of the Turkish Contemporary Artists with a workshop where they can work. The center named “Atölye Cer” hosts 16 artists consisting of Batuhan Yaşar Cebli, Cengiz Üstün, Dilek Yalçın, Hakan Cingöz, Jülide Günce, Kerem Topuz, Nebahat Karyağdı, Ozan Alpay, Özge Günaydın, Özge Gürkan, Seher Bediha Yılmaz, Sinan Dağ, Şevket Sönmez, Tolga Turan, Zeynep Çilek Çimen and Zeynep Yazıcı. Created by Ege Yapı in this historical neighborhood to contribute to the artistic productions, this workshop is open to visit by everyone interested in arts and artworks. Atölye Cer project creates a venue of artistic production and provices the artists with a completely modern and free workspace. This project will provide the artists with a workshop venue for a period of 2 years and, in return, each artist will donate one piece of his/her artworks to Ege Yapı and İyilik için Sanat Derneği Collection.
A mixed exhibition of the artworks created through Atölye Cer activities is planned to be opened and meet the lovers of arts in the upcoming period.
Ege Yapı, the leading company in real property sector that appreciates history and cultural heritage, cooperates with Tuğrul Selçuk, one of the prominent sculptors of Turkey, for the Cer İstanbul project that is constructed under the assurance of Emlak Konut (Turkish real estate developer, belonging to TOKI the Housing Development Administration of Turkey, an arm of the Turkish state) and located next to Yedikule Fortress in Historical Peninsula of İstanbul. Tuğrul Selçuk is a celebrated sculptor who has been awarded many “Achievement Awards” by different institutions, organizations and NGOs and his works of arts have been exhibited in many individual and mixed exhibitions at national and international level. After carefully examining the fabric and historical structure of Cer İstanbul, Tuğrul Selçuk created two unique works of art that transform the industrial pieces into wall sculptures.
“Cer İstanbul” project by Ege Yapı resurrects the 150 years old “Cer Workshops” (Railway Repair Shop) in İstanbul located next to Yedikule Fortress surrounded by the Bosphorus Strait and Marmara Sea. Ege Yapı cooperates with sculptor Tuğrul Selçuk to offer the visitors and lovers of arts with the eloquent pieces of artworks in Cer İstanbul Sales Office.
Ege Yapı Leaves A Unique Legacy To Future Generations With Its Book Project "Those Who Lead The Art"
Ege Yapı brought together the world-renowned artists of music, cinema-photography, dance, theatre, painting-sculpture, literature and architecture, which constitute the seven main branches of art, in a single project. H. İnanç Kabadayı, the Chairman of the Board of Ege Yapı, commented on the project that will make a great contribution to our cultural heritage.
As Ege Yapı, we have adopted it as a mission to develop special and privileged projects that make people's lives easier. We take advantage of both architectural and technological means by exceeding the ordinary in the projects we carry out and the works in which we are involved.
We take part in all projects that will enable people to live a modern and peaceful life as well as in modern conditions required by our time. Our sensitivity towards culture, art, science, environment and history drove us to contribute in the implementation of the book titled “Leaders of Art”.
Art makes ability to keep up with the unlimited and rapid variability, endless demands and expectations of our age becomes more meaningful. Art is very important for the improvement of the culture and cultural intelligence of the society. We design and implement our projects by considering all the details.
In a society where art is not developed, there is nothing to be passed on to future generations. We believe that the success of a country in art improves the more we pass it on to the future generations and the more we read, listen to and observe the exemplary success over the world again and again.
In the book of " Leaders of Art ", we brought together the leading artists of Turkey and the World, who have proven themselves worldwide in music, cinema and photography, dance, theatre, painting and sculpture, literature and architecture, which constitute the seven branches of art, whose artworks and success have been passed on as heritage to our day.
Aware of the importance of the art’s role in the future of a country and on the global platform, Ege Yapı supports all local and foreign artists and thank each of them for their contribution to our cultural heritage.

Ege Yapı has become the main sponsor of the book "81 Cities of Turkey, Mysterious Anatolia” brought together by the efforts of Mr. Resul Çelik.

A Social Responsibility Project From Ege Yapı That Will ‘Leave A Mark On Nature’
Adopting the principle of developing projects that are respectful to people and nature in the real estate sector, Ege Yapı leaves a unique heritage to future generations and nature with its "Leave Your Mark in the Nature" project that it has implemented in line with social responsibility awareness.
The memorial forest project, organized in cooperation with the Istanbul Regional Directorate of Forestry and Ege Yapı, in order to expand the forest areas in the Kemerburgaz Region Ağaçlı Village, is currently being implemented.
Those who want to have saplings in the memorial forest and contribute to the formation of common awareness within the scope of the project, shall invite 10 friends to the Facebook application called “Leave Your Mark in the Nature” by Ege Yapı. Upon acceptance of all 10 invitations by their nature-friendly friends, the person making the invitation will have a sapling in the memorial forest to be built in Kemerburgaz Ağaçlı Village. The environment-friend who shall be submitted a certificate custom prepared for their name contributes to the protection of nature, to the environment and providing new trees to future generations within the scope of the project.
Within the scope of the project carried out with the social responsibility awareness, Ege Yapı aims to bring people together with the comfortable living spaces that respect the nature as well as to contribute to the nature by planting saplings for a greener Turkey and to create awareness in this important subject. It is aimed to reach 2,000 saplings in the first stage in Ağaçlı Village Memorial Forest.
Ege Yapı supported both Environment and street animals
Ege Yapı, one of Turkey's young and innovative real estate companies, has implemented one of its social responsibility projects by meeting the water and food needs of street animals by using recycling waste with mama vending machines located in six different regions of Istanbul.
As a result of the cooperation with the support of Municipalities Besiktas, Göktürk, Bebek, Ataşehir, Caddebostan and Baghdad street, the water and food needs of street animals were met by the disposal of recyclable waste into the food vending machines.
Solar-powered recycling vending machines were also providing information on how many stray animals were being fed in the unit's feeding focus.
